For a car that is considered rare much like the 1969 Dodge Charger Daytona, it is so hard to see it rot considering its value today. Ron Smith bought one of the 503 Dodge Charger Daytona before the Vietnam war yet. He spent $4776.46 on the car – $30,000 in today’s money – and began touring America before heading off to South East Asia. When he returned from the war he drove the classic car for a number of years before he finally gave up on it in 1980. After spending two decades on his barn, he decided to bring the car back to its former glory so he contacted Marshall Woolery to restore it for him. Now, with the 7.2L V8 engine, this rare classic car is running as good as new!
That is sooo crazy. More crazyness in the next video below!
