The title speaks for itself, but let’s put it in proper context. Car insurance scams are widespread in Russia, and often involve a cash-strapped individual equipped with an “Anus of Reinforced Concrete”, and some very impressive skills needed for surviving collisions with 3000 pounds of moving steel. If executed flawlessly, those ten seconds of fear can get scammers some easy money, if that’s what you wanna call it. On the other hand, one false move can put them in a wheelchair, or worse.
Needless to say, dashcams are very popular in Russia lately.
