Without context the video below is incredibly confusing so don’t watch it before reading about it. What happened was that the Lithuanian PR company called Vitalijus had the brilliant idea of bringing the newly facelifted Fiat 500 to an event via river, not road. Now instead of bringing the actual car on a boat a company bolted the body onto the hull of the boat. The idea being that it would look as if the car was floating down the river, with the boat itself small enough to be invisible under the body of a car. As you would expect that’s not what happened.
